These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Covey Lane LLC ("Covey Lane," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual or entity accessing, downloading, or using our Services ("you" or "User"). By accessing, browsing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using covey-lane.com, our mobile applications, and any affiliated products, services, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

11.2 Arbitration. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
